If for some reason you have complaints about our tours or services, we would highly appreciate that you first make your complaints known to us, by sending an email to info@tulipdaytours.com or fill out the contact form on our website. Tulip Day Tours takes customer service extremely serious. But if this doesn’t lead to a solution, since February 15, 2016 it is possible for consumers living in the EU to file your complaints at the ODR-platform of the European Commission (http://ec.europa.eu/odr). Please note that Tulip Day Tours does everything in its power to make sure you have an excellent tour!
